a quick update from “team tuna” and our trip to the Mentawais:

First of all thank you Cara for your never-ending patience with us, we couldn’t have been more difficult on the weeks and months working towards the trip. Thanks for handling us so well we promise to be better next time!!

Greg & Cara, the boat (and captain Bryan) was spot on!! We scored, as in SCOOOOORED, 10 days of mostly deserted barrels (Macca’s with 4 ous out going off its tits and offshore, Lances right with 12 ous out and perfect where a few of the many highlights. Surfed our brains out from the North all the way to the South. Bryan really does know his stuff down there and understand the conditions well, he wasn’t shy to travel (which helps a lot when you are keen for uncrowded waves) and our gambles paid off pretty much every day (literally).

I have been on a few boats before and I must say the food of this trip topped everything we’ve had so far! The crew was super nice!

I can only highly recommend Bryan, the crew, the boat and of course you guys from trueblue making it all happen (once again!). Price / value beyond awesome! Please make sure you send more Saffas Bryan’s way, he is one of the good ones!
