Hi Greg and Cara (3rd Oct. 2012)

It was awesome thanks – I surfed 3 straight days at St Leu and had the waves of my life. It’s an incredible wave – big but relatively easy take off, then a wall section into a barrel (on the wens anyway), and out again onto a nice small wall to finish. Easy paddle out too!

I saw some guys surfing at Boucan – there next to my hotel so went in – they all left and I surfed alone for about an hour.

The hotel was great and nicely positioned, the cafe’s and restaurants were also very very good – real touch of France in the food and wine.

Definitely worth another visit, but will stay longer next time.
